As mandated, all of our employees are enrolled and covered by the following benefits:
- Social Security System (SSS)
- Employees Compensation
- Pag-Ibig (HDMF)
- PhilHealth
As members, our employees are entitled to the various benefits such as salary loans, sickness benefits, hospitalization, etc. Our benefits section assists our employees in the processing of benefits.
We provide our clients with proofs of remittances on a monthly or quarterly basis, depending on the requirement of the client.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
Group Personal Accident Insurance
All our employees or covered by Group Accident and Life Insurance amounting to PHP 150,000.00 life reimbursement, PHP 150,000.00 death claim, PHP 150,000.00 total disability, PHP 60,000.00 medical reimbursement, PHP 20,000.00 burial assistance. We have made arrangements with FIRST LIFE FINANCIAL CO.,INC. for our insurance needs for a reasonable annual premium to be paid by our employees.
HMO Coverage
We are likewise offering a voluntary HMO Coverage METROCARE HEALTH SYSTEMS, INC. to our employees. For a minimum premium, they are covered for maximum of PHP 60,000/ year. The HMO also has a Php 10,000.00 life and accident insurance coverage.
