SAN ROQUE HUMAN RESOURCES CORPORATION, formerly named SAN ROQUE PRODUCTS and GENERAL SERVICES, started in 1997 initially as an ha laundry service catering the laundry requirements of the various companies in Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Through prayers and good luck and with the help and encouragement of close friends, the company ventured into manpower service provider in 1999.Our main goal focuses on partnering with companies in the supply of highly trained and efficient manpower. It was conceived because of a commitment to bridge the struggle facing many organizations. With the advent of globalization, a company has to face the challenge in driving down costs or to produce more with less resources both materials and equipment and manpower. On the other hand, promising human resources are facing the challenge on how to land a job to sustain their needs.

 HR Coordinator’s Functions

  • As part of our commitment to provide quality service to our client, we shall assign a HR coordinator, at no cost to the client, whose functions would be as follows:
  • Monitor our employees’ overall performance and work attitude;
  • Conduct roving inspection (if allowed by client) in the production areas to check on uniform completeness and wearing of safety paraphernalia (PPE);
  • Address our employees’ concerns
  • Attendance monitoring and timekeeping
  • Coordinate with client company on human resource concerns.

 HR Coordinator’s Qualification and Experience Requirements:

  • At least college level, with minimum of two (2) years related experience;
  • With supervisory experience and must know how to provide coaching and counseling to subordinates;
  • Must be hard working and efficient;
  • Must be computer literate and must be fluent in English and Tagalog, both verbal and written communication
  • Has the ability to give sound and fair judgement based on the company’s rules and regulations
  • Willing to be assigned in any client company and work beyond the normal working hours.

     All our employees or covered by Group Accident and Life Insurance amounting to PHP 150,000.00 life reimbursement, PHP 150,000.00 death claim, PHP 150,000.00 total disability, PHP 60,000.00 medical reimbursement, PHP 20,000.00 burial assistance. We have made arrangements with FIRST LIFE FINANCIAL CO.,INC. for our insurance needs for a reasonable annual premium to be paid by our employees.

HMO Coverage

    We are likewise offering a voluntary HMO Coverage METROCARE HEALTH SYSTEMS, INC. to our employees. For a minimum premium, they are covered for maximum of PHP 60,000/ year. The HMO also has a Php 10,000.00 life and accident insurance coverage.
